Salary: INR 25L to INR 50L per annum

Performance Bonus: Upto 20% of the base salary can be added on as performance bonus.

What You Will Do:

1. Build, with a team of engineers, the entire platform (a quasi LOS/LMS mix) which interacts with our AI layers, deployable on-premise.
2. Manage a team of 5-20 engineers and guide them through all the aspects of development.
3. Work closely with management and specifically with CTO to translate business requirements into technical problems.
4. Convey the technical scope as well as budgets and timelines needed to develop a feature.
5. Take strategic calls involving technical decisions which will directly impact the overall strategy and topline of the company.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and data science.
7. Evaluate and select technologies and tools for data processing, storage, and Machine Learning.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, program, and business units, to understand data and AI requirements that meet business needs.
9. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
10. Provide direction for prioritization and resource allocation.
11. Build and model a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.

What You Should Bring

1. You are a seasoned engineering leader who has worked in roles focused on Engineering with Fintech, Credit Organisation or any other type of lending outfit. 
2. You have a deep understanding and appreciation of all aspects of building technology in the finance domain preferably in B2B space. 
3. You have build and deployed very complex B2B products (no necessarily in finance), involving multiple views, complex CRUD operations and complex data structures. 
4. You have worked during a hyper-growth phase at a B2B company with experience in managing the complexity of multiple products serving multiple industries/markets/segments and buyers.
5. You have strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties.
6. You have a demonstrated ability to inspire, align, and enable large teams across functions in order to drive a successful business.
7. Track-record of building extraordinary teams. Record of coaching and developing individuals and teams to fulfil their potential.
